Piper reveals she feels unsafe, new flock of inmates bring tension upon Litchfield Penitentiary in new "Orange is the New Black" season four trailer.
In the new trailer, there is an influx of new inmates as Litchfield Penitentiary becomes a for-profit prison.
Piper also reveals that she feels unsafe.“I have been in Litchfield for a while now, and I am starting to feel unsafe lately,” Piper announced in the trailer, which also sees Maria Ruiz come for her.

Since its debut in 2013, the show has won several awards including two 'supporting actress' Emmys for Uzo Aduba.
Netflix announced that the hit series is getting a fifth, sixth, and seventh season, keeping it on air through at least 2019.
"Orange Is the New Black" will debut its fourth season on Friday, June 17, on Netflix.
