Watch new trailer for anticipated season 2

The King of cocaine is set to return on September 2, and Netflix has released a new trailer and poster for the anticipated second season.

The dramawhich focuses on the hunt for notorious cocaine kingpin Pablo Escobar will premiere all 10 episodes on September 2, 2016, exclusively on Netflix.

In the second season, notorious drug kingpin Pablo Escobar is on the run, with the Colombian authorities in relentless pursuit, and determined to put an end to his illegal activities.

Set and filmed in Colombia, the series tells the story of notorious drug kingpin Pablo Escobar, who became a billionaire through the production and distribution of cocaine. It also focuses on Escobar's interactions with drug lords, DEA agents, and various opposition entities.

The first trailer for the show's first season was released after the prison escape of El Chapo, who is considered the Pablo Escobar of this generation.

Created by Chris Brancato, Eric Newman, and Carlo Bernard, the show stars Wagner Moura as Pablo Escobar, Boyd Holbrook, and Pedro Pascal.
