Canadian/Nigerian filmmaker Pascal Atuma, is set to release his upcoming film "LADP African Cops" in Nigerian cinemas.

The comedy film which is written and directed by Atuma, will hit cinemas nationwide on Friday, December 4, 2015.

The movie features Vanessa Bell Calloway (Coming to America), Luenell Campbell (Borat), Dorien Wilson (The Parkers), Brian Hooks (Eve’s Show), Mari Morrow (One Life To Live), Jaszmin Lewis (Barbershop), Trina Mcgee (Friday After Next), Tonya Lee Williams ( Young & Restless), Caryn Ward-Ross (The Game) and  Bless Brown Vera (Sexy Boy In America).


This is a comedy about two Africans who came into America, became American citizens and joined the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) .

They were sent out to the streets of Los Angeles, instead of judging the people with the rules and regulations of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), they decided to judge the people with the African culture, norms and values.

LAPD AFRICAN COPS won three (3) Awards at the just concluded Golden Icons Academy Movie Awards (GIAMA) in Houston Texas. out of a total of seven(7) nominations.
