Novelist calls Bollywood "bunch of thieves", says they steal his storylines

Popular novelist, Jeffrey Archer, has accused Bollywood of stealing his storylines.

Jeffrey Archer, world known novelist, has accused Bollywood directors of stealing his storylines.

The writer revealed this in an interview with an Indian news site, DNA while speaking on his novels making great Hollywood thriller.

“Forget Hollywood, just look at your Bollywood! These bunch of thieves have stolen several of my books without so much as a by your leave.” - He said.

He gave examples with films like Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl and Khudgarz being copied from his novels Not A Penny More, Not A Penny Less and Kane and Abel.

Jeffrey also says he once thought Damian Lewis would be best suited to reprise a character from one of his novels, but he has since grown very old.
