Check out three epic films every movie lover should watch out for on Africa Magic Showcase.

It’s the festive season, and Africa Magic Showcase is set to thrill viewers with entertaining top notch movies every Saturday evening.

Check out three epic films every movie lover should watch out for on channel;1. “Stigma” – 12th of DecemberStarring Hilda Dokubo, Jackie Appiah, Emeka Ike and more, the movie focuses on the daughter of a local midwife who has her childhood brought to an abrupt halt when her mother decides to marry a local Lothario.

Quickly her new stepfather shows his nasty side including his penchant for other women, theft and alcohol abuse. When her mother's health takes a turn for the worse they are ostracized from the community.

2. “Iyore” – 19th December

A Frank Rajah film, the tragic love story centered around three sacred virgins from the kingdom of Benin is told by a school teacher narrating the historic tale to her class.

The award winning film stars Rita Dominic, Joseph Bejamin, Okawa Shaznay, Paul Obazele among others.

3. ”Invasion 1897” – December 26

The Lancelot Imaseun movie tells the tale of the punitive expedition which ravaged the ancient Benin empire in 1897.

Based on the invasion of the Benin Kingdom by the British Empire in 1897 and looting the priceless ancient artifacts, the movie stars Paul Obazele, Mike Omoregbe, Rudolph Walker among others.
