Desmond Elliot is a bartender in upcoming season 2

Nollywood filmmaker Desmond Elliot is the latest addition to the anticipated second season of "Husbands of Lagos."

Renowned Nollywood filmmakerundefinedhas joined cast of the upcoming second season of show. The "Finding Mercy" actor plays a bartender, who works at the husband's favorite hang-out.

Elliot is set to commence filming his scenes today, Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at Rumors in Ikeja GRA.

"Husbands of Lagos" tells the story of five men living in Lagos, and the women in their lives, and stars Bobby Obodo, Bolanle Ninalowo, Okolie, Uche Odoputa, Tanksley, Mary Remmy Njoku, Susan Peters, Moyo Lawal, Yvonne Jegede, Ovire Peggy among others.

Recently, it was also announced that Toyin Aimakhu and Israeli musician and actress, Ronya Man, has joined cast.

Synopsis

In Lagos; a melting pot of business, politics, power and love, the city that never sleeps, a playground for both rich and poor, a place where dreams become real and the delicate mix of the good, the bad and the ugly forms a tapestry of intrigue, secrets, deceit and romance for the Husbands Of Lagos.

On December 1, 2015, Husbands of Lagos  premiered on iROKO TV, during the platfform's 4th year anniversary.

You can watch and download series by subscribing with just N500 per month, N2000 for six months, and N3000 for a year plan (Nigeria).

For UK subscribers, you can watch the series with just £5 per month, £10.50 for three month, £18 for six month and £30 for a year plan.
