Off from playing Superman in the just released “Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice” movie, Henry Cavill has revealed his interest in playing 007.
We want Idris Elba to be the next Bond, we won’t also mind Tom Hiddleston, but we can’t also deny that Henry Cavill will make a perfect English spy.
As the rumours continue to circulate that Daniel Craig won’t return for the fifth time as the British Spy, lots of names have popped up as potential replacement, and Cavill is the latest.
Speaking on “The Graham Norton Show”, the actor said he would take up the 007 role if the opportunity ever came. The actor who had lost the role in 2005 to Craig, said “Obviously I’m very busy with the Superman stuff but if there were any windows and they wanted me to do that kind of role it would be great and I would love to do it.”
On if it seems greedy to be both Superman and James Bond, he replied “Greedy or awesome?”
The actor who plays Superman in the recently released “Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice” film, will reprise his role in the upcoming ‘Justice League’ films.
His recent movie sees Batman and Superman square off against each other in an epic superhero showdown which will change both their lives forever.
In 2015, Craig revealed that he would rather slash his wrist than take up another Bond movie.
