On Saturday, October 25, 2014, the GIAMA awards honoured Nollywood stars for their outstanding work in the Industry.

The event which held at the Stafford Centre located at 10505 Cash Rd, Stafford, TX 77477 had Emem Isong, Ini Edo, Alex Ekubo, Belinda Effah, Ivie Okujaye and a host of others in attendance.

The winners of the night include Kanayo O. Kanayo who emerged as the best actor for the movie 'Apaye', Rita Dominic as best actress for the movie 'Iyore'. Other winners include ' A Mile from Home', 'Chetanna', '30 Days in Atlanta' amongst others.

The event had Julius Agwu (Host), Majid Michel, Stella Damascus, Ini Edo, Uti Nwachukwu, Alex Ekubo, Emem Isong, Lancelot Imasuen, Charles Novia, Pascal Atuma, Moses Inwang, Ivie Okujaye, Tana Adelana,  Michael Godson, and a host of others in attendace.
