Genevieve Nnaji wraps filming of directorial debut

The star-studded movie which is also Genevieve Nnaji's directorial debut wrapped up filming in the early hours of Wednesday, May 10, 2017.

"Lion Heart" stars Genevieve Nnaji, Chika Okpala, Steve Eboh, Pete Edochie, Kanayo O Kanayo, Onyeka Onwenu, Nkem Owoh, Kalu Ikeagwu, Jemima Osunde, Yakubu Mohammed and Sani Muazu.

The movie also stars Nigerian rapper and singer, Phyno and Peter Okoye.

The upcoming movie is written by C.J Fiery Obasi based on a screenplay by Ishaya Bako and Emil Garuba, and follows the story of an Igbo family that is into transport business.

The movie is executive produced by The Entertainment Network (TEN), whichwas founded in partnership with Chinny Onwugbenu.

No release date has been announced for the movie.
