Actress talks chemistry with lead actor, favourite scene in "Road to Yesterday"
"It’s quite an intense film, and I loved the intense scenes," Genevieve Nnaji.
During a press conference for the movie, the actress spoke on the chemistry between her and lead actor, Oris Erhuerho.
The actress also spoke on her favourite scene in movie.
"Professionalism. We have scripts, we have guidelines. The story says the couple are in love, we need to make it convincing. I think it just takes two true artists to bring characters to life," she said.
On Favourite Scene;
"I think every scene was. It’s quite an intense film, and I loved the intense scenes. I would say I enjoyed playing the roles that we had to dig deep, and draw those emotions, especially go where you don’t want to. And that’s because I love a challenge," the actress said.
“Like I said, it was very challenging. I can honestly say men, they have a thing where they don’t want to reveal much. I was forced to reveal,” Oris added.
'Road to Yesterday' stars Nigerian-British actor, Oris Erhuerho as ‘Izu’ the burly husband and father, and Genevieve Nnaji as ‘Victoria’ the conflicted wife and mother.

Set in Lagos Nigeria, Road to Yesterday is an epic love story, about a couple desperate to mend its marriage on a road trip to a relative’s funeral.
However when memories and secrets from the past are revealed, a lot more is at stake than their relationship.

'Road to Yesterday' is produced by Nnaji alongsideChinny Onwugbenu and Chichi Nwoko.
Directed by Ishaya Bako, Story is by Genevieve Nnaji, who also serves as executive producer alongside Chinny Onwugbenu.
Following the Lagos premiere, the actress premiered the movie in Enugu on November 18, 2015.
