Plot.

The Violent Criminal Investigation and Apprehension Department (VCIAD); a special anti-crime unit constantly tries to curb the high level of crime in the city. Thus, the city is torn between two forces--good and evil.The unit is headed by the Police Director who is more interested in keeping his position than tackling crime.

The Director plots the exit of Agent Sylvester from the department by using his son--Eboseh--against him.The story takes a twist when Eboseh, falls in love with Cynthia, daughter of his father's arch enemy (Kabaka).
