How does it feel playing the role to a comical character as Akpos?

I played the role mama Akpos which for me was an interesting one.

Can you share a bit of your experience on the set with us?

It was a shift from my usual role, it was my official first attempt at comedy, and it came well, because I discovered that I could also handle such roles beautifully well.

Working on the set of Akpos n Company was quite interesting, we worked like a family. The director Abbey Esho and the producer Mike Nliam were fun to work with. They made the work environment very conducive. The members of cast were fabulous people, intelligent and creative people. The family of old soldier ,old soldier played by Eliel Otete got so bonded on set that u will believe we were real life family. So it was worth my while.

How would you describe the individual, who played the role of Akpos and has this production brought you closer like parent-son?

Akpos, which was played by MC MARIO, killed the sitcom. Yeah, the mother and son relationship has gone beyond set, I see Mario as my real son now, we are quite close.
