Popular Yoruba actress and veteran, celebrated her 40 years on stage.

The veteran marked the special occasion with a glamorous party held at Time Square Event Centre, Ikeja, Lagos.

Nollywood actors at the event include Mercy Aigbe, Adunni Ade, Sikiratu Sindodo, Oga Bello, Faithia Williams, Sotayo Sobola among others.

Balogun starred as Mama Saje in a 1990 television series titled "Erin Kee Kee." and has since then features in over 80 movies.

Fausat Balogun was born on February 13, 1959 in Kwara State, Nigeria. She is an actress, known for "Òmìn" (2008), "Omo Pupa" (2008) and "Òfin Mósè" (2006).
