Filmmaker steps out with new husband, premieres movie

Nollywood filmmaker Emem Isong steps out with her new husband, Misodi Akama as she premieres her directorial debut 'Champagne'. See photos.

You can call 2014 an Emem Isong's year as the Nollywood filmmaker premiered her directorial debut film 'Champagne' on Friday, December 19, 2014, and also stepped out with her newly wedded husband, Misodi Akama

The star studded premiere took place at the Silverbird Galleria Victoria Island. The movie ' is a romantic thriller about a young couple (played by Alex Ekubo & Rosemary Zimu) who are in an open marriage and decide to scam unsuspecting people for money until they meet the enigmatic Mr Douglas (Majid Mchel) who takes them on an unexpected ride.

'Champagne' also stars Tana Adelana, Mbong Amata, Padita Agu, Susan Peters. The movie is screening in cinemas nationwide.

The premiere was attended by Alex Ekubo, Majid Michel, Lala Akindoju, Queen Nwokoye, Belinda Effah, Deyemi Okanlowan, Desmond Elliott, Susan Peters, Kunle Rhemmy, Kenneth Okolie amongst others.
