Stephanie Linus' movie to screen at Africa in Motion Film Festival Scotland

The Africa in Motion Film Festival will kick off from October 23 through November 1, 2015, and will hold at The Corinthian Club in Scotland.

Stephanie Linus' directorial debut 'Dry' is set to screen at the Africa in Motion Film Festival in Sctoland.

The festival which will kick off from October 23 through November 1, 2015, will hold at The Corinthian Club in Scotland.

'Dry' will screen on last day of festival being Sunday, November 1, 2015, at 6pm.

Following its star-studdedand , and positive reviews, Stephanie Linus' directorial debut 'Dry' received eight nominations for the ZAFAA Global Awards 2015.

Inspired by the true story of a young girl named Aisha, the movie features Darwin Shaw as Dr. Alex, the legendary Liz Benson Ameye as the Matron and Bill McNamara as Dr. Brown.

'Dry' also stars Zubaida Ibrahim as Halima, the teenager who had to endure a life not designed for a child: to be married to a man who was more than four times her age.

The Lagos premiere of movie had top celebrities like  Genevieve Nnaji, Rita Dominic, Sola Sobowale, Mo Abudu, Ruth Osime, amongst others in attendance.
