We've grown so accustomed to knowing this face as the pride of Gryffindor, Harry Potter, that we sometimes forget who he really is.

Yes, his name is Daniel Radcliffe, not Harry Potter, and he is 26 years old today.

Daniel rose to international stardom for taking on the protagonist role in the movie adaption of one of the bestselling book series in human history by JK Rowlings.

Even though he's most famous as Harry Potter, here are some other movies you' didn't know he was in:

 

1. The Tailor of Panama:

In this 2001 movie which was released before the first Harry Potter movie, The Philosopher's stone, Harry played a minor role on this one. The movie had heavyweights like one of the best Bond actors ever, Pierce Brosnan, and Geoffery Rush. Before this, there was a 1999 Television role he played in an adaptation of the Charles Dickens classic, David Copperfield, where he played the role of the young David.

 

2. The Woman in Black:

The 2012 film saw him play a lead role in the Supernatural horror film where he was a young lawyer. The movie was an adaption of Susan Hill's book of the same name. The movie was generally met with positive reviews.

 

3. Kill Your Darlings:

This is a 2013 biographical drama about about a member of the Beat Generation, a group of writers who strongly influenced the literary scene post World War II era.

 

What to expect?

Remember that 2013 movie that wowed us all? Now You See Me? There's a sequel coming next year, and Daniel Radcliffe is going to be in it.
