Speaking on the issue, the actor stated that he thinks it is wrong for a particular group of people to speak for an entire organisation (Nolywood) as regards politics.
According to the actor, he is indifferent to the upcoming election, he however hopes the best man wins.
"When I see a particular group of people come out in Military uniform style screaming the things they are screaming and saying, I get really irritated and I'm thinking "why do you speak for an entire organisation of people?" - He said
"I sit here just saying to myself, may the best man win". - He added.
He also added that he cannot stand by a government that has done nothing for his people.
"If you look at the way Nigeria has been going for some time, you will find a lot of things that are not right in the society. People are not safe, things happen here, armed robbers on the prowl. People's lives are not guaranteed, and you sit and ask me to root for a government?" - He said.
"That is ridiculous, I wont do it." - He added.
"As long as I don't go on the streets to ask you to give me food, or ask you to pay for my rents, or put fuel in my car, I will always stick by what I think is the right thing. And the right thing is, I will not stand by a government that has done nothing for my people, in all fairness" - He concluded.
