Ebuka Obi-Uchendu will host season 3 of reality show

Ebuka Obi-Uchendu is returning as the official host of the third season of the Big Brother Naija reality show.

Organizers of the reality show have confirmed that the media personality, who participated in the first season and hosted the second season, will return to host the third season in 2018.

“We are thrilled to have Ebuka return as host of Big Brother Naija. This was the platform that unearthed his potential first as a housemate and then as a host, ultimately launching him to stardom," Regional Director of M-Net West Africa Wangi Mba –Uzoukwu said.

"He is a prime example of what the Big Brother platform offers, as he has proven over the years to be one of Nigeria’s biggest names in pop culture and entertainment whilst also lending his voice to youth empowerment initiatives."

In 2006, Ebuka Uchendu went in as one of the 14 housemates. On the 57th day of the show, he became the seventh housemate to be evicted, after five nominations.

Since his exit from the reality series, the TV personality has hosted and co-hosted shows including "Friend or Foe," "Rubbin’ Minds," "The Spot," "Men's Corner,"  "Naija Politics" among others.

The 2006 and premiere edition of the reality series was hosted by Olisa Adibua and Michelle Dede. It ended with Katung Aduwak as the winner.
