BBNaija 2019: All you need to know about Venita Akpofure's 41 days

After a total of 41 days in the BBNaija 2019 Pepper Dem house, Venita Akpofure left the reality TV show with the sum of N1,000,000.

Though Venita didn’t win any major challenge while in the house, she participated in joint tasks and was quick to pick up roles in short dramas during her 41 days stay in the house.

However on Saturday, September 7, 2019 - 24 hours before her eviction - she won the Indomie-sponsored challenge alongside other 11 housemates.

In a challenge that had Don Jazzy and Dr. SID as guests and taskmasters, Venita won the sum of N416,000 alongside 11 other housemates after they all were pronounced winners of the N5million cash prize attached to the challenge.

Again, Venita came out tops when she won the Darling challenge alongside Sir Dee.

For displaying the best of Nigeria in the 60s, Sir Dee and Venita emerged as the winning pair in the Darling Task. The pair won themselves N1million and 6 months supply of Darling hair.

Venita’s long-running battle with Khafi

Venita had a long-running battle with UK metropolitan police and one-time housemate, Khafi. Though the two tried to settle their differences, they failed each time and decided to just learn to live with themselves and avoid each other’s wrath.

So bad was their rivalry that Venita got close to Gedoni and reported Khafi’s to him in return for a deep hug and kiss on the forehead. At some point, Venita told Gedoni that if Khafi wasn’t careful, she would take her man - Gedoni.

Interestingly, Venita and Khafi always found themselves in the same team and they had learned to tolerate each other when they were grouped into team Legend.

41 days with Frodd and Omashola

During her stay in the BBNaija Pepper Dem house, Venita had a history with Frodd and Omashola. Immediately after she entered the BBNaija house, Omashola had tried pitching his tent with her but didn’t last long as he was quickly brother-zoned by the pretty video vixen. In the same vein, Frodd, who was going through an emotional turmoil with Esther, found his way to Venita. Venita warmed up to him easily as he was the current Head of House when she came in and they became quite close until Frodd decided to return to his lover, Esther. This move angered Venita, who wondered why Frodd would leave a lady that shows compassion to him for one, who does not care about him considering previous events.

Venita’s 41 days highlights

On July 30, 2019, Venita was ushered into the BBNaija 2019 Pepper Dem house shortly after Elozonam.

Her entry made it the first twist in the BBNaija house after Biggie told the housemates that they were boring.

Before her entry, Tacha and Seyi witnessed a fake eviction that took them to the ‘Secret Room’ for a couple of days.

However, Venita’s journey in the Pepper Dem House came to an end on September 8, 2019. The actress and video vixen became the 15th Housemate to be evicted from the show.

Her eviction further makes her the third of the five additional housemates after Enkay and Joe. Elozonam and Cindy have continued with the game after they escaped eviction at the 10th live eviction show.
