Wright says her new traditional movie is about destiny.
Wright who is known for starring in Yoruba films says her new film covers the theme of ethnic practices and belief.
According to Yoruba Movie Gist, the actress said: “Ayanmo Olokun is something that has to do with your destiny either you like it or not. It is something called tradition and every tribe has its own tradition regardless of our religion".
“People should watch out for it as you all know that I won’t give you rubbish movie. This is actually my first traditional movie which I will be producing by myself”, she added.
The release date of the film is yet to be disclosed.
Bukky Wright is popular for her role in "Iyore," "Unforgivable," "Abeni," "Outkast," "Above Love," among others. She made her acting debut in 1996. She is set to star in Lola Margaret’s film ‘Agbara’ which was shot earlier in the year.
