'Arrow' has cast the beautiful Elysia Rotaru as Oliver Queen's love interest.
According to EW, 'Arrow' has cast Elysia Rotaru as a new love interest for Oliver in the upcoming season of show.
Rotaru will recur in flashbacks as part of Oliver’s past. Further details on her character are still kept under wraps, so, her effect on the much loved relationship between Oliver and Felicity isn't known.
According to the show’s executive producer Marc Guggenheim, “Oliver is gonna have a love interest in the past that will serve as a parallel or potentially a contrast to his love affair with Felicity in the present.”
According to Emily Bett Rickards who plays Felicity on show, the relationship between Felicity and Oliver would be "very velveteen, sensuous." in upcoming season.
Rickards revealed this to Access Hollywood at the 2015 Comic-Con.
Season 4 of 'Arrow' returns on Wednesday, October 7, with Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, Katie Cassidy as Dinah, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Willa Holland as Thea Queen, Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak, John Barrowman as Malcom Merlyn and Paul Blackthorne as Detective Lance.
