Pulse Movies has put together 10 things we bet you don't know about your favourite TV series.

Here we go;

1. Iwan Rheon almost played Jon Snow

Yes, Rheon, who played the much-hated Ramsay Bolton, had previously auditioned for the part of Jon Snow.

The showrunners were to choose between him and Kit Harrington. They went for Harrington.

2. Three different actors have played The Mountain

Gregor Clegane AKA The Mountain has been played by three different actors on the show. He was played by Conan Stevens in the 1st season.

In Season two, he was played by Ian Whyte. The character is currently played by Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson.

3. Some fans already know the ending

"Game of Thrones" fans are always watching out for theories, and according to George RR Martin, some fans have successfully predicted how the show would end.

While we don't know this end, we sure know some people would tweet "I said/knew it."

4. The most expensive death on the show isn't what you think

One would think that the most expensive death on the show would be "Red Wedding" or one that involved the dragons.

Turns out that it was when Arya killed Ser Meryn Trant in season five by gouging out his eyes.

According to the showrunner, it required a lot of CGI to bring the death to screen.

5. There's an episode of GOT in which Daenerys was played by someone else

There's an unaired "Game of Thrones" pilot. It was directed by Oscar winning director Tom McCarthy, but was so terrible that they had to reshoot.

The interesting fact is that Catelyn Stark and Daenerys Targaryen were played by Jennifer Ehle and Tamzin Merchant, respectively.

But when the show made its debut, they were replaced by Michelle Fairley and Emilia Clarke.

6. "GOT" has been the most illegally downloaded show for five years running

For five consecutive years now, "Game of Thrones" has emerged as the most pirated show of the year.

In 2015 it was downloaded two times more than the second most pirated show, "The Walking Dead."

7. Who is the Night King?

Who plays the biggest threat on the show? For the first few appearances made by the Night King, the character was played by Richard Brake.

But, since the sixth season, the character has been played by Vladimir Furdik, a Slovakian stunt actor.

8. Cersei Lannister and Bronn of the Blackwater are never in the same scene

According to a 2014 report in The Telegraph, Lena Heady (Cersei) and Jerome Flynn (Bronn) are never in the same scene because of their failed relationship.

“Jerome and Lena aren’t on speaking terms anymore and they are never in the same room at the same time," a source had told the publishing house.

“It’s a pity because they appeared to have patched things up for a while, but now the word is they should be kept apart at all costs.”

Remember in season seven finale, during the meeting at King's Landing, Bron decided to go for a drink with Podrick before the Lannisters arrived.

9. Peter Vaughan

The late Peter Vaughan, who played Maester Aemon Targaryen was partially blind in reality.

10. The Dothraki language was invented for "Game of Thrones"

Until "Game of Thrones," there was nothing like the Dothraki language. It was invented by David J. Peterson, a 30-year-old linguistics enthusiast, for the show.

It recently ended its seventh season and it seems like fans would have to wait until 2019 for a new season.
