One of the photos show him breaking down in tears as his mother was laid to rest.

You will recall that Fabiyi lost his mother last year while he was on a trip to the United Kingdom.

Fabiyi revealed that it had been difficult for him to pay tribute to his mother during the burial itself because he had wept at every point during the event.

In a tribute he finally shared via social media after the burial since he was unable to voice it out at the burial, Fabiyi wrote:

“I can’t even imagine saying goodbye to you mom, but you and I know I will never forget you…”

On Sunday, March 11, 2018, being mother's day, Fabiyi shared a post via his Instagram page, celebrating her for who she was.
