Artistes Splash Cash At Industry Night

The three Nigerian acts let it rain money in Quilox night club as Ice Prince performed at Industry Night.

It was an extravagant display of wealth at the Industry Nite event headlined by Ice Prince on Wednesday, December 11, 2014 as Nigerian artistes Wizkid, KCee and Mr. Songz threw hundreds of Naira notes in the club.

The first artiste who started 'making it rain' in Quilox night club where the event held was Wizkid. Wizzy who was in the VIP upstairs threw two bundles of N1, 000 notes below where the crowd was gathered. As expected there was a stampede as the people scrambled to pick the Naira notes.

After Wizkid, came the duo of 5 Star Music, KCee and Mr. Song. The pair got in the front of the stage as the Nigerian rapper based in South Africa Emmy Gee performed the remix of his hit single 'Rands and Naira' with Ice Prince.

As they started spraying the money, people rushed to the front to get some of the cash. The quickly left the front of the stage after their 'money rain'.

The spraying of money is a common occurrence in Nigerian parties and gatherings even though the Federal Government frowns at the practice.

At this year's Felabration, Wizkid sprayed legendary Afrobeat act Femi Kuti with hundreds of Naira notes. Wizkid is known to throw money at the crowd in his shows.
