''Music shouldn't just be boxed in... here is an example... I am not a racist, no homophobes... but, Sam Smith had a song called 'Stay'.. I had a song called Stay. My song was at #1 for eleven weeks on Billboard. The biggest single of my entire career. It was on urban ac format and non of the pop urban mainstream radio stations never played it. Ryan Seacrest never played my song.''

Tyrese told the station that the popular E! Host deliberately refused to give his massive hit track – 'Stay' - airplay on his 'On Air with Ryan Seacrest', a morning radio show on KIIS-FM and some what prevented the song to fly on iHeartRadio.
