Reports say a judge ordered the rapper to pay up a settlement of $80,000 by Monday, June 29 else his landlord could sue him to pay the full rent.
According to TMZ, both parties -Tyga and his Calabasas Landlord - agreed on that amount to cover back rent payments.
But because Kylie Jenner's beau isn't known to pay his debts on time, it's been hoped the matter doesn't drag into a trial where he will be forced to pay the full amount and may be more.
In May, the Oaks development in California and his neighbors fined Tyga over $10,000 in unpaid fines for being a nuissance in the estate. They calimed the rapper's constant home parties against the HOA rules.
