Covering her face with her hands, the teenager appeared to be over the moon, if not a little shocked as she saw the gift, which was wrapped with a big red ribbon.
Among the surprised guests at her 18 birthday bash were her famous sisters, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, Kim and Kanye West.
