Trey Songz will not be appearing before any court room as the charges against him has been dropped.
According to TMZ, Trey Songz is free from felony criminal charges! Apparently, the L.A. District Attorney is skeptical if Andrea Buera, the woman in the eyes of the storm's credibility following numerous witness statements via Trey's Lawyer, Shawn Holley. Those statements reportedly contradict her story.
It would be recalled that TMZ reported that the singer surrendered to the LAPD to face a felony domestic violence charge early Monday, March 19, 2018.
The singer had turned himself in, with his attorney Shawn Holley, for the alleged incident involving a woman he was out within L.A. last month during NBA All-Star weekend. He was booked at 6 AM, and released shortly after 8 AM. He posted a $50,000 bond.

"For weeks my lawyers & Mgmt have asked me not to comment on this and I initially agreed but this morning I feel that my fam, the women that raised me, my friends & fans especially the youth need to hear from me. I am being lied on and falsely accused for someone’s personal gain," he tweeted.
This is coming on the heels of the news that fellow singer, Bobby Valentino is reportedly being accused of raping a woman. According to TMZ, police officers say the woman named him as her rapist in a report filed at the Cobb County, GA on Monday, March 19, 2018. It is reported that the rape incident happened on Sunday, March 18, 2018.
However, a rep for Bobby Valentino told TMZ that they are pursuing legal actions against the accusers.
