In her new lawsuit, the former 'Beverly Hills' star claims she got badly burned in one of the restaurants which landed her on a hospital bed for a few days.
According to Spelling, she was at a Benihana in Encino, CA in April when she slipped and fell ... receiving, "deep second and third degree burn injuries." She reportedly fell onto one of the hibachi grills, TMZ reports.
Spelling says she racked up medical expenses, "general damage" and wage loss even though there was no mention of where she was hospitalized. Now, she's suing the entire Benihana corporation and not just the Encino location for the damages incurred.
Tori's alleged injuries were still obvious in these pics from July.
