Toke Makinwa says her private life is off limits to the press in new interview.

In a recent interview with Hip TV, the Rhythm 93.7 OAP FM was asked about the present status of her marriage. Toke Makinwa refused to speak on the subject.

“You guys just wait and see, and watch and see. There is nothing to say. That part of my life is not open for discussion” she said.

In July, Toke Makinwa’s husband Maje Ayida apologized to her online, and promised to ‘make things right’.

“I am writing to express my sincerest apologies to my wife. I was wrong, it is indefensible and I am sorry. I deeply regret what my wife and my family has had to endure. My behaviour has caused a lot of anguish to everyone. Though this matter has been very public in nature, it is a private issue and I would appreciate the opportunity to face it privately. I love my wife and will make every effort to make things right cc @tokemakinwa" he wrote on Instagram.

Maje Ayida and Toke Makinwa haven't made any public appearance since the news of his infidelity made the news.
