A Denver disk jockey has filed a civil suit against Taylor Swift who accused him of touching her butt during a photoshoot. He says as a result, he was fired from his job at a prominent radio station.

Apparently, during a backstage incident in 2013, Swift’sentourage reportedly confronted and ejected a disc jockey named David Mueller, who allegedly groped the singer's posterior in the midst of a photo op.

But according to the legal documents, filed in a US District Court in Denver, Colorado on September 10, the DJ claims the allegations levied against him - groping Swift's posterior - are not as it seem.

The DJ is now suing Swift, claiming that the megastar and her crew were ultimately responsible for his wrongful termination from the radio station where he worked at the time.

According to Business Standard, the documents acknowledge that Mueller was not originally supposed to be a part of the aforementioned photo session with Swift. As Swift posed with Mueller’s girlfriend, the DJ apparently jumped into the photo "at the last second." The suit also details a subsequent encounter Mueller had with a co-worker in which he "described and demonstrated how he had put his arms around her, hands on her bottom."

The documents prepared by Mueller’s own counsel basically acknowledge that he approached the singer without being invited to do so and that he had some kind of contact with her backside. But Mueller – through subsequent text in his civil complaint – denies doing anything wrong in the incident. "Mueller steadfastly maintains that no inappropriate contact of any kind occurred between him and Swift," Muller's rep says
