Rumors have it that Taylor Swift and boyfriend, Calvin Harris' relationship could be heading for the rocks… Reasons being both have not been sighted together in months and their social media accounts are both depressingly bare of any romantic gestures.

The couple were considered powerful and good together and there were even speculations about an upcoming engagement.

"The attention was getting too much for them. They want to take the pressure off and not have everyone’s eyes on them," an insider explains to Hollywood Life.

The source also reveals that fans should not be expecting them to flash the PDA and they are just trying to keep their relationship as private as it can get

"They’re trying to be more private when they meet up. They realized it was a mistake to share so much on social media — they just want some privacy back,” says the source.

Another source confounded to OK magazine that the reason why Taylor and Harris haven't been so much into the public eye is because the world's richest DJ wants to pop the question before the end of October.

"He said he wanted something ‘very special’ for Taylor. He was asking about the best cuts and eyed a ring that was $1.4 million! He was clearly eager to get the perfect rock, no matter the cost," OK mag's source says as a new report claims Harris was seen shopping at XIV Karats in Beverly Hills in September.
