The show made the announcement on Thursday, March 25 stating that the Hollywood's current favorite will be their host on April 11.
This will be the very fight time Taraji will be hosting the show, something she never thought will ever happen.
The actress took to her Instagram, March 26 posting the good news and writing: "DREAMS DO COME TRUE!!!!!!! #Believe #Faith #HardWorkPaysOff MOST IMPORTANTLY #GodIs."

She also made sure to let her followers know how happy she was by writing: "*cue @pharrell #HappySong."
Meanwhile, her favorite son in 'Empire', Jamal Lyon a.k.a Jussie Smollet is the first to congratulate the star by writing on Instagram:
