Nick Loed claims actress is owing him a baby despite their split and her engagement to another man

Sofia Vergara is engaged to Joe Manganiello but her ex fiance, Nick Loed wants to make a baby with her and is using the law to do so.

According to InTouch Magazine, Nick is suing the actress to prevent her from destroying the fertilized eggs they created when they were a couple because he still wants to have her baby.

He claims he and Sofia made a contract back in November 2013 where they agreed to attempt to have children by means of an In Vitro Fertilization(IVF). Her eggs were fertilized by his sperm and then frozen and kept at a Beverly Hills facility, reports TMZ.

Nick now claims the 'Modern Family' actress wants to destroy the eggs because they broke up and she's engaged to another man. Nick says he has the right to go forward with the baby plan because both parties have not agreed in writing to destroy the eggs.

Nick further claims in the lawsuit that Sofia physically abused him on 4 different occasions, punching him in the face twice, kicked him and threw her phone at his head. Adding that she repeatedly berated him.
