3 possible scenarios for stars fight

Wizkid and Skales are fighting, but before we are sucked up in this drama, let’s delve a bit deeper into the possible scenarios for this beef.

Wizkid and Skales go way back. They were buddies before the EME contracts, and they have been buddies after EME.

Today on twitter, both stars have come out against each other. Calling themselves out with diverse accusations. Skales feels aggrieved about the lack of support he has received from Wizkid. He attacks the Starboy boss, drawing responses from him.

Wizkid on his part has been drawn into accusations and he is giving as good as he gets. A classic exchange goes below.

Skales: “@ no bad blood bro we family but show support to ur own for real it's not by tweeting or bare words.....”

Wizkid: “@ I wrote u songs that people never knew about! I let EME put out our singles on the same day even when I know I was there first!”

People have begun to take sides, the drama has started with many retweets and replies coming in. But before we are sucked up in this drama, let’s delve a bit deeper into the possible scenarios for this beef.

There just might be trouble in Paradise. Skales and Wizkid, are closer than brothers, but maybe the dynamics of human relationship and an industry designed to test the bond of loyalty has finally achieved a dark purpose.

Skales is signed to Baseline  Music, where he has to constantly prove himself. Wizkid is his own boss, carrying on without a sliver of control. The difference bvetween the fortune of both stars have never been more stark. Wizkid is a boss. Skales is well on his way to relative fortune.

Perhaps Skales needs Wizkid, and he hasn’t been receiving a warm shoulder. That could account for this tweet:

Skales: “@Abberh_1Love: Wizzy baba RTWhich of ur favorite artiste do u wana see on ma debut album MAN OF THE YEAR"” @wizkidayo doesn't hav my time”

Wizkid: “@ dude!! Lol my home is ur home anytime g! U know I'm here whenever u're ready! Blood still!”

Wizkid and Skales are currently on the cusp of something big in their careers. Skales is finalising plans to release a new song with Davido. The recording has been done, and the song is ready for a good release.#

Wizkid on his part is also on the verge of a world premiere. His long-anticipated single with superstar Chris Brown is in the works, and many people need him in their minds when it drops.

This is an excellent time for a controversy. Something to give them attention, right before the songs drop. Perhaps their respective camps have all come together and decided this is an orchestra they will rather have. Negative on the surface, but beneficial in its aim.

Let us not miss some vital part of this puzzle. Skales is the antagonist here. Going out of his way to begin an unprovoked public attack on Wizkid. Wizkid, amazed and hurt has carried it on.

For Skales, this might be his ploy to make the headlines. Since his last hit song, ‘Shake Body’, the singer has struggled to replicate that level of acceptance. His recent singles, ‘I’m for real’ and ‘Je kan mo’ is yet to show signs of dominating Nigerian playlists.

Perhaps this fight is to keep people in the zone, and have him in their hearts, as he plans to release a new song with Davido.
