Sandra Bullocks new model boyfriend has been accused of spreading feces across his neighbor's door way after becoming fed up with his failure to clean up his dog's mess in the compound.

Reports say model, Bryan Randall has been served with a temporary restraining order following the incident that took place in 2012.

According to court documents, the argument began when Randall - who has been dating Hollywood star Bullock for a few months - confronted his neighbor John Stacer for allowing his dog to poo in front of the building. But according to papers Randall, 49, was videotaping Stacer, the whole time he was demanding he picked up his 'dog's s***'.

Stacer explained that, "He is a big guy, so I was scared to go any closer so I called my dog back toward me and took him upstairs. I was about to go back outside to pick up the feces when I heard a commotion and my girlfriend came home moments later and said there was spread in our doorway. I cleaned it up and she sent Bryan a message saying it was unacceptable what he did."

Stacer alleged that Randall had responded by making threats, saying: "10 days from now this will play out differently', and 'he will see another side as soon as my kid is out of state". Concerned, Stacer filed a police report the next day.

Stacer  claims he was "emotionally and physically paralyzed with fear" adding that Randall had "guns and a notoriously erratic temper. I am scared of what he will do next, as his daughter will be gone come Saturday," he added.

Stacer also sent an email sent late, asking the landlord to evict Randall. His girlfriend wrote: "I am truly sad for him and believe he does need help."

According to RadarOnline, the temporary restraining order was granted but attempts to make it permanent were unsuccessful during a contested hearing.
