Singer drops 14 pounds in 2 weeks

Sam Smith has shed up to 14 pounds (weight) in just two weeks.

The 'Stay With Me' singer showcased his incredibly trim figure in a pair of Instagram photos.

Sam also seemed to be impressed with the results, as he claimed to be 'channeling Zoolander' in the photo.

Sam credited nutritional therapist Amelia Freer for his weight loss, while holding up a copy of her book, 'Eat. Nourish. Grow'. Sam went on to say:

"Amerlia Freer has helped me lose over [14 pounds] in 2 weeks and has completely transformed my relationship with food…It’s not even about weight loss, it’s about feeling happy in yourself."

Sam’s not the only celebrity who has recently lost a ton of weight. At South By Southwest, Melissa McCarthy wowed audiences who were waiting to see her new movie,when she displayed her newest results from her ongoing weight loss plan.

The Bridesmaids star turned heads as she showed off her healthy body, while outshining all of her co-stars on the red carpet!
