The reality star has been out of the public eye for some time as he battles depression, weight gain and a health scare that saw him diagnosed with diabetes last month.
But Khloe's youngers brother looks like he is easing himself back into the spotlight and hits the gym in a new pic posted to his Instagram page. In the snap, Rob can be seen working up a sweat as he bench presses.

The good news comes just a day after the 28-year-old made his first public appearance with his new lover, Chyna. The reclusive star was snapped as he drove his new love interest close to her Tarzana, Los Angeles, home yesterday, with both stars attempting to go incognito behind the windscreen.
