According to Us Weekly, Kardashian has not been taking proper care of himself since being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in December. The magazine notes that the reality star has gained 100 pounds in the last three years and, after his hospitalization, says an alleged “family insider,” “agreed he will do follow-up doctors' appointments” and take his “medication to control his blood sugar.”
Now, the source says his family hasn’t been impressed with his efforts since then and are “concerned he’s not taking the situation seriously.”

The source adds that Kardashian has lately “detached himself from everyone,” which is concerning family because he allegedly has a habit of hiding things “until it’s too late.” Now, the family is “planning on doing an intervention with him."
A family rep exclusively tells Gossip Cop that the family “deosn’t know anything” about any plans for an intervention.
