News reports revealed that the pop diva had placed a ban on her fans, asking them to avoid hugging, or kissing her during her pricey £500 VIP 'meet and greets'.

Speaking with The Sun, a source close to the singer revealed that the diva has asked her fans to refrain from any form of physical contact during these meets.

The source revealed, saying:

"There were strict instructions for fans. No kissing, touching, grabbing or hugging Mariah. She was allowed to touch fans but they were told by bodyguards they weren't to touch her.

"Everyone has been very respectful of the rule so far.

"Most of them are just so excited to meet Mariah they haven't cared too much about the fact they have to keep their distance. But a few fans have been grumbling it's a bit unfair."

We asked Pulse readers via a poll, how they would react as a die hard fan of Mariah Carey's, and the majority of the votes reveal that they either wouldn't react or couldn't be bothered by her rules.
