When love is in the air, life seem better and decision-making becomes even much easier. So, why not have your girl/boyfriend in your steamy hot music video to help spice things up! That’s what 7 of these Hollywood/Nollywood stars did before they unfortunately dissolved their relationships before our very own eyes.

1.) Ciara and Future:

It's not her first time being with her partner in a music video (remember Bow Wow in 'Like You'?) Well, sister didn’t learn her lesson because years later she and her ex fiancé, Future showed up in her hot video, 'Body Party'. As much as we loved their love in that video, they never lasted after that. Ciara called off her engagement a year later and got joint custody of their son.

2.) Robin Thicke and Paula Patton:

Paula dropped jaws with her sexiness as a vixen in Robin's 'Love After War' video four years ago. Since then, the high school sweethearts tied the knot and got a baby boy. As much as they seemed happy in public, the actress filed for divorce in 2014 citing irreconcilable differences. Both have joint custody on the kid.

3.) Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck

They made headlines when they began dating in 2003 for their public display of affection both in and off screen. Affleck did not only show up in Jlo's 'Jenny From The Block' music video but the couple also shot a movie together titled, 'Gidi'. Sadly, their romance went south just like the film. After postponing their wedding twice, Affleck called it off few months to the date which left the Latina singer devastated.

4.) Gigi Hadid and Cody Simpson:

She's one the fastest rising supermodels in our time and he is a handsome guitarist/singer. So when it came to shooting his romantic video 'Flower' , who better to have as his video vixen? The couple seemed very happy together but they didn’t last after. Gigi dumped the singer for Joe Jonas months later. She also left Jonas after five months of dating and is currently with former One Direction member Zayn Malik and just featured in his new video "Pillow Talk"

5.) Christina Milian, Lil Wayne:

This couple may or may not have existed in the first place. Milian who shares a daughter with singer/producer The Dream began dating Lil Wayne in 2014 while in a relationship and living with someone else. After the couple dropped their video for the song 'Do It' in November 2015, they broke up few months later after dating for a year.

6.) Chris Brown, Karrueche Tran:

The on-and-off couple have been slapped with just too many scandals but they finally called it quits in February 2015 after the model dumped the singer for getting another woman pregnant! Their split came just few months after Tran featured in Brown's 'Autumn Leaves' music video. Too sad!

7.) D'banj, Genevieve Nnaji

This list obviously had to take in two of Nigeria's biggest stars whom, till date, we are not so sure they actually dated. However, thanks to an interview with The Encomium newspaper and his famous 'Fall In Love' video in 2008, D'banj may have confirmed they in deed hooked up. Sadly, their secret affair ended and both haven't mentioned it again!
