If they were giving awards for most fit Nigerian celebrity, it would go to Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw.

You could almost call her a fitness junkie. Kate rarely misses a day at the gym and practically lives there. She also carries her fans along too by sharing tips and videos of her work out routine.

Give it up for another fitness fanatic lady, Yvonne Jegede. Jegede is another buff girl who brings up the heat every time.

She continuously shares fitness tips on social media and loves to trim her waist… Let’s not forget she eats green too!

Egberipapa 1 of Bayelsa never misses a day! Even before heading to the airport, Timaya hits the gym. Outside the country, he still doesn’t forget to work out.
