Though some celebrities indulge in showing off their spouses and wealth on social media, Shaydee is not up for it, he takes pride and joy in keeping his private life a secret.

Some Nigerian celebrities are fond of showing off their spouses and wealth on Instagram but Shaydee is not following the band wagon.

Signed on to Banky W's Empire Mates Entertainment music label, Shaydee spoke in an exclusive interview with Pulse on March 26, 2015 on showing off on social media.

When are we going to meet your boo?

"My boo…. I like to keep that part of my lfie private, you feel me, I don't want the world to know who i’m messing with or who i’m seeing or talking too, I enjoy keeping it to myself, when no one knows, I like it"

"Maybe at some point when I’m finally getting married, I will obviously show the world my wife at that time but before then I dont think I see anything coming along"

What do you think about celebrities flaunting their wealth on social media?

"People that know me so well know that I dont like so much attention. The fact that I do music obviously brings attention but sometimes I just try to keep my private life. If everyone knows I do music, I should have some things to myself, some privacy. I don't have to show people, look at this wrist watch ....I dont know, its cool if you want to do it, people are different. I’m cool with it, if you want to do it, do it. But me, i’m pretty much cool, i’m laid back"

What is the most expensive item in your wardrobe?

"Most expensive thing in my wardrobe, I bought something expensive and it didn't last. I was so mad, it was funny because it didn't even last a week. It was a watch. I ordinarily won't spend that much. I like to look nice and simple but classy"

'High' singer shares the same opinion with Nollywood actress Rita Dominic who stated that she doesn't believe in showing off on Instagram.

Shaydee revealedd that his album will be dropping sometime this year.
