Patrick Dempsey has kissed so many important things in his life good bye lately: first, his marriage to wife, Jillian Dempsey, then his role as Dr. Derek in the ABC medical drama Grey's Anatomy and now his $14.5 million Malibu estate is going too.

The home has been his abode with his ex wife of 15 years and even after they split in January, he maintained his stay in it.

The three bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom estate sits on three acres overlooking the ocean, and reports say that the backyard of Dempsey's home features a fire pit, rock climbing wall, and pizza oven perfect for outdoor dining and parties.
Dempsey told Architectural Digestin 2014, "The exterior's simplicity appealed to me, and the inside felt very expansive and calming. Everywhere you looked there was something visually pleasing."
He and his then-wife later renovated the 5,000-square-foot home to make it more family-friendly for their three children, daughter Talula, and twin sons Darby and Sullivan.
