No official announcement has been made yet about the Ooni of Ife expecting an heir to the throne but if the Olori's bump is anything to go by it will just be a matter of time.

In June 2016, Olori Wuraola Otiti made headlines after she made controversial statements about the role of women in the modern society.

She said "the modern pattern of feminism has succeeded in limiting women of the heights they could reach; gender equality is unrealistic. We can never be equal with men, we are here for a great purpose, we have our roles to play we are powerful and we are a force of nature."
