The diminutive fashionista still evokes a shroud of mystery anytime his name pops up. A lot of people in the entertainment industry don’t know what he does. Is he a blogger? Is he a music guy, an event planner or fashionista?

Well if you belong to these people there is no need to feel left out because many of us do not know what he does. The truth is that Noble Igwe doesn’t make it easy for us to know much about what makes him famous.
At the roundabout in front of the Lekki-Ikoyi bridge, Noble Igwe’s face pops up on a cylindrical advert screen. In the Remy Martin advert Noble Igwe is described as an entrepreneur, fun engineer and blogger. These three terms define the entity known as Noble Igwe.
Circa 2007 Noble Igwe was the events guy at the now defunct Virgin Nigeria. With his position he was able to mix with some of the most promising stars at the time including the superstar entertainer D’banj.
Moving on from Virgin Nigeria, Noble Igwe landed at 141 Worldwide, a marketing communication outfit established in 2005. Working at the ad agency Noble Igwe rubbed shoulders with the new school of Nigerian music.
By 2008 his name had started buzzing at events. Rapper M.I and singer Banky W were particularly cool with Noble Igwe. Soon Noble Igwe started hosting parties called ‘Slush’ at the venue of choice back then Swe Bar in 2009.
Noble Igwe’s star began to rise and in 2010 he established his blog 360Nobs. Thanks to his music contacts he quickly gained exclusive songs from artistes most notably Wizkid’s single ‘Tease Me/Bad Guys’. Also his entertaining semi-autobiographical memoirs called ‘Memoirs SLU…ShhKid’ was a traffic puller.
In less than three years Noble Igwe had become a name in the music industry. His rise was due to the fact that Igwe had the knack of appearing at the hottest events and mixing with the hottest celebs.
From 360Nobs he expanded his business into the delivery business with 360 Delivery. At this point Noble Igwe was heavily criticized by people who felt that he gate crashed his way into the industry and was nothing but a social climber.
The hate did not stop Noble Igwe. He continued to show up at events and pose for pictures on red carpets. Those with a discerning eye started noticing something about Noble Igwe during this period. His style of dressing had started to change. His style became more confident and unique. Not too long after he started being regarded as a fashionista.
In 2014 he expanded his business by being a stakeholder in the fashion & style website Style Vitae. With this new line of business Noble Igwe entered the fashion, style and travel worlds. The fun engineer has been on sponsored trips to places like New York where he shows off his style and fashion flair.
Corporate Nigeria soon noticed him. He has endorsement deals with PayPorte, Remy Martin and Casper Gambini. His Instagram account which is a mix of urban styling and Igbo influenced dressing boasts of fifty-eight thousand followers.
Noble Igwe has had a few issues with Nigerian celebrities such as M.I Abaga, Rita Dominic, Ice Prince and Emma Nyra. The content on some of his blogs have made some celebrities hit hard at him. Nevertheless there has been no stopping Noble Igwe, the secretive fun engineer. He recently had his traditional wedding with Chioma Otisi, a development which was kept under wraps until the last minute.
Hate him or love him Noble Igwe has come to stay. Some might question his input in the Nigerian entertainment scene but the fact remains that he is here and thriving.
