As we earlier reported, Meek has been on house arrest since the beginning of March and according to his legal rep, a suit has been filed asking for an appeal earlier this week. His lawyers are asking for his sentence to be changed so that he record music.

Source close to the rapper tell TMZ, Meek has no problem with the length of his sentence but it’s the stipulation about not being able to rap or perform that he's very concerned about.

As for the split rumors, Nicki quickly shut them down when she tweeted
