Shocking new details from the civil lawsuit filed against Nick Gordon in the death of claims he injected Bobbi with a lethal drug cocktail.

The 25-yr-old has been a prime suspect since the death of his partner, Whitney Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown.

Kristina who undefined last June, nearly five months after she was first hospitalized in January.

The 22-yr-old had earlier been found face down and unresponsive in her bathtub in Atlanta on January 31.

Gordon had continually denied having a part in Kristina's death but these new details, if found true might be all they need to arrest him on murder charges.

'Bobbi Kristina Brown died after Nick Gordon injected her with a toxic mixture and then placed her unconscious in a bathtub, new documents in a civil lawsuit allege.

The new allegations are made in response to Nick Gordon’s motion to stay discovery proceedings in the civil lawsuit filed by Brown’s conservator. Discovery is the legal procedures used to gather evidence for a lawsuit.'

Earlier last week, it was revealed that Gordon might be facing murder charges based on new information reaching the District attorney's office.
