He further stated that Latoya married his dad when he was not mentally balanced as they both ended the wedding 19 days after it was contracted and she didn't attend his dad's funeral after his death.

According to reports, Naijiel has filed a court document to restrain Latoya from getting a cent out of her father's estate.
In his docs, the singer's son claimed that his dad's widow caused the car accident that led to Nate Dogg having multiple strokes and eventually dying.
