Miley captioned her post "#RIPCHAMP." Which is now a trending hashtag on social media.

In less than three months after the couple attended that event, Miley and her boyfriend got engaged, and broke up in September 2013.
However, the pair are back together and were spotted in public for the first time in March 2016. Reports began to surface that they’d rekindled their romance.
